Many companies provide cleaning materials. And with most companies, that is where the commitment ends. We provide a complete service. Some of the services we offer that make us different are......

Firstly, we don't just quote on a 'like-for-like' basis. On our initial survey of most premises, we find that most businesses are using far too many products. Some of these are the wrong products, some are un-necessarily hazardous, some simply don't perform.

We offer a no obligation site survey, followed by a written report, listing our recommendations. Subject to mutual acceptance, new dispensers are installed (often free on loan), and a stock control sheet is made out. A COSHH awareness training session is arranged, followed by a personalized CD containing COSHH data for the new products. Finally a call pattern is agreed, with the option of a regular call by an area sales manager, or a telesales call at a mutually agreed day and time.

Secondly, we endeavor to source and stock a range of products that are unique. Many are 'cutting edge' giving you a cost saving and an advantage over the competition.

An example of this is the Selden Research Triple C concentrate system. Not only does this system reduce the number of products needed, but is often able to provide a cost saving in the region of 50-70%.

Another is the Metsa Tissue Ultimatic system. This is a coordinated range of products designed on the three principles of functionality, style and economy. The high capacity dispensers cut down consumption and maintenance costs.

These are just two examples of how HCS can reduce cleaning costs, whilst enhancing the workplace and making it safer at the same time.
